- Install, commission, service, and repair systems on vessels, rigs, shipyards, and customer sites worldwide.
- Ensure compliance with internal and client-specific HSE policies, including use of PPE and safety documentation.
- Provide real-time job updates to clients and document activity via CRM and service reports.
- Support customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Regional) via phone or digital systems.
- Participate in after-hours technical support on a rotational basis ("Support Phone" duty).
- Identify potential new service needs or commercial leads through client interaction.
- Offshore and confined-space work experience.
- Valid offshore survival certification and medical clearance.
- Skilled in fault diagnosis, test equipment use, and basic electronics (RS232/RS485).
- Strong communication, customer engagement, and technical documentation abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital reporting systems.
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
