- Assemble product components from PCB to final unit build, following detailed engineering drawings.
- Use wiring schedules and measurement tools (e.g., multimeters) to verify assemblies.
- Report any design or specification discrepancies to Cell Coordinators, Department Managers, or the Production Engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and project timelines, logging all activity in the Company ERP system.
- Raise non-conformance documentation (Observation Reports, ECRs) as required.
- Work collaboratively with departments such as Production Engineering, Stores, and Quality to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Support team members to help ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Keep accurate records and follow all administrative processes in the Manufacturing Department.
- Use company IT systems (Intranet, ERP) for daily tasks like part checks and stock lookups.
- Uphold and contribute to a strong health, safety, and environmental culture.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on company developments, products, and technologies via training and internal communications.
- Foster strong interdepartmental relationships through open communication and teamwork.
- Comply with all company policies, including those related to Health & Safety, Anti-Bribery, ISO-QMS, and operational standards.
- Continuously develop technical and professional skills through training and industry engagement.
- Ability to understand and work from engineering drawings.
- Practical experience in assembly work, including soldering and crimping.
- Competence in using production tools such as soldering irons and crimping equipment.
- Strong digital skills and the ability to navigate IT systems.
- Experience with surface mount technology (SMT).
