We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and forward-thinking business in Yaxley, who are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations
  • Supervise, support, and motivate a small team to meet targets and maintain high standards
  • Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
  • Manage Goods In – receiving, checking, and storing stock correctly
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide hands-on support where needed, including occasional local deliveries (valid UK driving licence required)
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have proven experience in a warehouse or supervisory role
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Be a confident communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Be IT literate and comfortable with warehouse systems/processes
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (essential for occasional deliveries)
