HRGO Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to join a busy family-run packaging supply company based in Yeovil. You will be supporting the production process to ensure demands and deadlines are met.
General Duties: - Operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure machinery and work area is maintained in a clean and safe condition
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Skills and Requirements:
- Previous machine operating experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work overtime when required
