NEW VACANCY Property Litigation Lawyer | £45k+ | Somerset | Flexible Working Are you a Dispute Resolution Solicitor? Do you have 2 or more years' PQE in the property litigation space? Are you open to considering a new opportunity? If so, I want to speak with you. An established regional law firm is looking to recruit into their Property Dispute Resolution Team in Somerset. In this role, you’ll be advising clients across a wide spectrum of property disputes, from residential and commercial landlord and tenant issues—including possessions, disrepair, forfeiture, lease renewals, and service charge disputes—to land-related matters such as boundary disagreements, rights of way, rights to light, and adverse possession claims.Advocacy is optional but available for those looking to develop that skill set.
