Great opportunity to work as a Project Engineer in Yeovil, starting from June 2025.

Team Jobs have an excited opportunity for an experienced, and motivated individual who will be a part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within aerospace industry.

Your duty will be working on complex aerospace engineering projects across a variety of remits including Environmental Control System, Hydraulics, and Life Support Systems.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm, however there may be some flexibility to work your hours over 4 days.

Pay Rate is 35- 45 per hour depending on experience.

Our client is able to offer 1 month's support with accommodation, if required, up to 400 per week.

Your duties will include:

  • Creating project plans, schedules and meet customer expectations using earned value metrics.
  • Monitoring and maintaining project plans.
  • Building internal and external customer relationships throughout projects to ensure completion.
  • Minimise the costs and keep the standards of quality and time.
  • Co-ordination and leading Designing Reviews.

Skills which are required following above duties:

  • Experience of working within a project engineering environment or degree in mechanical engineering/aerospace.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written and understanding of aerospace terminology.
  • Experience of using Microsoft project or similar project forecasting system.
  • Understanding and experience of working with suppliers and integrated supply chains.
