Youth Support Worker - Yeovil (Lufton) | 15 per hour | Full-Time | Day Shifts | Immediate Start
We are looking for 4 compassionate and enthusiastic Youth Support Workers to join a specialist residential college in Yeovil. You'll be supporting young people aged 16-25 with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex emotional or behavioural needs, helping them to thrive in both education and everyday life.

- Day shifts available: 08:30-15:00 or 14:30-22:00

What You'll Do
- Support students in education, therapy, and leisure activities
- Assist with personal care and day-to-day living
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment and keep accurate records and reports to ensure the best outcomes for students
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs (e.g. SEN, care, supported living, youth work)
- A calm, caring, and consistent approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekly availability to provide stability and continuity for students
