MERJE is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) - National UK for a leading company in the leisure industry. This high-performance sales role focuses on identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities in the holiday rental sector. The successful candidate will drive rapid unit growth by acquiring new owners and expanding market presence.

The Company

This company is Europe's largest manager of holiday rental properties, operating more than 25 consumer brands across 25 countries. With a focus on delighting owners and guests, they manage 110,000 units in over 600 destinations, specialising in holiday parks and lettings.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) - National UK, you'll be responsible for expanding the company's extensive portfolio of holiday properties. This role offers a competitive salary, travel discounts, and the opportunity to join a passionate team at a pivotal time of investment and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in designated territories through research, networking, and cold calling
