Auxo is proud to be partnering with a leading global provider of technical services to the wind energy sector. With a strong reputation for safety, skill, and innovation, the company supports major OEMs and energy providers with a full range of services across the lifecycle of a wind turbine.

As the business continues its international growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the commercial team and drive expansion into key accounts - particularly across the Warranty, Service, and Maintenance phases of turbine operations.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in securing new partnerships with OEMs and Energy Utilities companies. This is a strategic, solutions-led role focused on long-term value creation, not transactional sales.

The successful candidate will identify, shape, and win new service contracts - particularly in complex work packages such as Heavy Lift, Campaigns, and Planned Maintenance, with both white- and blue-collar resource models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on identifying and developing new commercial opportunities within target sectors

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across OEMs and asset owners

  • Deliver compelling proposals and close high-value service contracts

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform business strategy

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless client experience

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business development within the wind / energy or related industry

  • Proven commercial success with a strong grasp of the energy or related expereince

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience working with major utilities or OEMs in the energy sector

  • HND or equivalent qualification (degree preferred)

  • German language skills (desirable but not essential)
