Description
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be handling incoming calls from potential customers who are interested in learning more about what the business offers.
You will be having consultative conversations using your excellent listening skills and questioning techniques to find out what the customer is looking for what is important to them and tailoring the right package to best suit their needs.
This is a sales through service position no cold calling involved.
You will also be handling calls from existing customers that are potentially looking to leave the business you will be responsible for finding out the reasons looking to overcome this with the view to retain them as a customer.
Profile
Previous customer service/sales experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality
Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Excellent listening and questioning techniques
A good problem solver
