A highly regarded and award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its growing legal team in York. The Opportunity:As a result of continued expansion, a new opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Negligence department, based in the York office. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis. While a full-time position is preferred, part-time applications are also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of a collaborative mini-team led by a Senior Associate or Director
Assisting with complex and high-value clinical negligence cases
Managing a personal caseload of lower complexity/value appropriate to your experience
Handling a broad range of clinical negligence matters with full mentoring and training support

About You:You will be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or a Trainee Solicitor approaching qualification, with experience of running your own caseload. Applications are welcomed from both Claimant and Defendant clinical negligence backgrounds.
