The Firm:
We are working with a well-established law firm with offices across North Yorkshire who are looking for a Qualified Solicitor (3 PQE+) to join their Corporate Commercial team.
The firm has a rich history spanning over 200 years and is known for its strong community ties and excellent reputation. They offer a welcoming, family-style environment that appeals to professionals looking to move away from the culture of larger firms.
The Role:
The Corporate Commercial department is a small team with some great, longstanding business clients, and offers varied work such as corporate finance, lease agreements, company formation, development and acquisitions. They are keen to hire someone with experience in complex cases, who is seeking a challenge
