The Firm:

We are working with a well-established law firm with offices across North Yorkshire who are looking for a Qualified Solicitor (3 PQE+) to join their Corporate Commercial team.

The Role:

The Corporate Commercial department is a small team with some great, longstanding business clients, and offers varied work such as corporate finance, lease agreements, company formation, development and acquisitions. They are keen to hire someone with experience in complex cases, who is seeking a challenge
