We are seeking an Interim Procurement Manager to join a leading professional services business in Leeds or Manchester. The role will focus on procuring facilities management services, specifically office fit outs, HVAC and property leases.

Description
- Manage and oversee FM procurement activities, specifically office fit outs, HVAC and property leases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure favourable terms.
- Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement regulations and standards.
Profile
- Prior experience managing FM procurement activities within the professional services sector
- Available to start straight away and commit to the full duration of the assignment
Job Offer
- Day rate £450-£550 inside IR35
- Hybrid working with two days a week in the office
- This role can be based from either Leeds or Manchester
- An inital three month assignment with the potenital to extend further
