Albion Search is seeking a Site Manager with a mechanical bias for a national specialist contractor focused on mechanical and electrical works.
The candidate should have experience in healthcare or hospital projects, specifically in mechanical upgrade schemes.
Strong knowledge of health and safety is essential, along with practical experience on the tools.
A valid and in-date SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card are required for this position.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in site management.

Albion Search are currently working with a national specialist contractor who carry out a number of mechanical & electrical works on a broad range of projects.

They are looking for a Site Manager with a mechanical bias, who has experience working on healthcare/hospital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical upgrade schemes, will of had experience on the tools and be strong on health & safety.

Oversight and management of the programme
H&S
Inductions
Managing trades & contractors
Client liaison
Updates to senior management
Chairing progress meetings

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant experience.
