We have a fantastic opportunity with one of our leading clients based in North Yorkshire who have been recognised for their progressive approach and innovation within agricultural.

We are recruiting for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist manage and optimise our growing online platforms - including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and more.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to make a real impact by expanding and elevating our online retail presence.

You will also be responsible for all reporting and metrics, working alongside the marketing team. You will need to have experience within marketing and specific tools; PPC and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms including product uploads, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, oversee order fulfilment and coordinate supply chain logistics.
  • Optimise product listings across all channels to maximise visibility and sales conversion.
  • Create compelling, SEO-optimised content - including product descriptions and technical specifications.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Run and support marketing initiatives, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to maintain brand consistency.
  • Explore and develop new opportunities for online growth and digital sales channels.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years' experience managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics and experienced in running PPC campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay Seller Hub.
  • Strong writing skills - able to produce engaging, accurate etc
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-starter who can prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Prior experience in a product-based retail or consumer goods industry is preferred
