PSR are currently recruiting for a Pre Plasterer.
Pre-Plasterer - Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare walls, ceilings, and surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents.
Mix plaster materials to the correct consistency and apply base coats and finishing coats.
Assist plasterers with loading, carrying, and setting up tools and materials.
Ensure work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
Follow health and safety guidelines on-site and use protective equipment when required.
Pre-Plasterer - Requirements
Previous experience in construction, plastering, or a similar trade is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn plastering techniques.
Physically fit and able to handle manual labour.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines.
