Project Manager / Contracts Manager
Location: York
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 + Package

Role & Responsibilities:
Project Manager on a £8 million care home development working a s the No1 managing the client, programme, quality and costs:
- Review and amend the site programme
- Liaise with the client and chair site meetings
- Manage subcontractors
- Oversee quality and value engineering on site
- Perform site inspections / sweeps to ensure site is running smoothly
- Support the site manager
- Initially site based but the role will evolve to managing several sites as a Contracts Manager
About the Company:
- Established main contractor who work on care homes and new build housing sites
- Projects up to £10 million in value
- Repeat client base with several frameworks in place
Requirements:
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Projects
- Attention to detail.
- Client facing
- SMSTS, First aid and CSCS
