JOB SUMMARYÂ
 The Repair and Sales Supervisor reports to the Retail Manager and is responsible for supervising operations of our Pro Shop and Camp Store merchandise locations, which includes our Rental and Custom Station programs. This position will play an integral part in maintaining our rental fleet and managing inventory. The Repair and Sales Supervisor should have strong action sports equipment repair and service.Â

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Provide the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, focusing on product knowledge, guest service, and engagement.Â
Always ensure an enthusiastic and professional level of customer service.Â
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills.Â
Knowledgeable and skilled in retail sales and operations. Ability to utilize a POS system and software.Â
Skilled with knowledge and ability to repair action sports equipment. Service campers and guests equipment to ensure their ability to continue riding all parks/facilities. This includes BMX bikes, mountain bikes, skateboards, and scooters.Â
Mentor campers by educating them about their sport as well as equipment maintenance. Set a positive example and be a role model.Â
Oversee our Custom Station and Rental programs, this includes but is not limited to – Working with campers and guests to be fitted with the correct rental equipment, servicing the rental fleet, manage equipment inventory, facilitate safety inspections, track repairs, maintain our Custom Station equipment and inventory, work with campers to design and create a variety of custom personal keepsakes, etc.Â
Supervise and hold retail staff accountable in day to day operations and expectations.Â
Train and motivate staff members to achieve goals and perform to the best of their abilities. This includes and is not limited to - action sports hard good product knowledge, equipment repair skills, and ensuring strong customer service excellence.Â
Effectively plan and manage staff adjusting to high and low traffic periods.Â
Implementing merchandising strategies and other techniques to drive sales.Â
Oversee retail inventory, tagging/pricing, counting and recording inventory, and appropriate purchasing procedures needed for purchasing and recording sales. Responsible for timely back stock replenishments and re-orders.    Â
Responsible for overall appearance of store and product presentation. Ensure strong execution of visual directives as provided as well as pro-active changes as informed by traffic flow and/or operational pivots mid-season.Â
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.Â
Carry out safety protocols & processes ensuring safety of all campers, guests and staff.Â
Carry out the Woodward Guest Services standards – Be Safe, Be Friendly, Be Helpful, Be Proud.Â

QUALIFICATIONSÂ
Required QualificationsÂ
1+ Years Equipment Repair Experience (BMX Bike, MTB Bike, Scooter, Skate, Rollerskate, etc.)Â
Customer service experience.Â
Retail operations experience.Â
Knowledge of merchandising techniques.Â
Ability to utilize a POS system and software.Â
Basic computer skills.Â
Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team. Â
Provide work related references upon request. Â
Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of all pre-hire background checks, including criminal history clearance through the Pennsylvania State Police (PATCH), child abuse clearance through the Department of Public Welfare, Motor Vehicle Record if required by position  and federal background screening via FBI fingerprintingÂ

Preferred Qualifications:Â
2+ Years Bike Repair ExperienceÂ
High school degree or equivalent preferred  Â
Experience in a supervisory role.Â
Experience in leadershipÂ
Experience working in a camp environment is preferred.  Â

Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50 lbs.  Â
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor and indoor all-season environment.  Â
