Description:

Responsibilities:

Travel to patient homes daily to offer chaplaincy

Provide accurate documentation regarding visits

Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited institution in Theology, Pastoral Care, or Spirituality is required

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in chaplaincy or pastoral experience, preferably in healthcare setting

Excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge regarding family dynamics, issues of death and dying
Proficient software skills

Reliable transportation required to cover counties across the Capital Region

Palliative or Hospice experience and/or equivalent education in pastoral ministry is preferred
