Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Assistant to join our team! In this role you will get to efficiently manage various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the program.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage Program POC MS Outlook calendar and distribute daily forecast of schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings at the Program POC’s request and provide availability to personnel inquiring as needed.
  • Attend and capture daily Branch and Section meeting minutes, including action items.
  • Attend and capture ad hoc meeting minutes at the request of the Program POC.
  • Create and monitor submissions for tasks via DSS Task Tracker system.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all documents requiring government review and/or signature.
  • Collect weekly tasker information from all Sections; and coordinate review with Program POC and finalize reporting.
  • Monitor DS Broadcasts, track applicability, and alert personnel accordingly.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for facility conference rooms and fleet vehicle reservations.
  • Prepare official memorandums for issuance/renewal of Diplomatic passports.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements including processing passports, visas and itineraries.
  • Process facility badging access requests.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Independently drive to multiple office and meeting locations as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Familiarity with government procedures and protocols preferred.
  • Experience with E2 travel systems is a plus.
  • Secret clearance desired.

Security Clearance Requirement:

A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
