Supervisors Title:  Maintenance Manager Â
PurposeÂ
Repair and maintain a variety of facilities, production, and building equipment, along with related work involved in maintaining the building. Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment and facilitiesÂ
Maintain control and motor systemsÂ
Diagnose problems with equipment & repair/replace defective partsÂ
Perform basic welding and fabrication as neededÂ
Support & comply with safety & environmental guidelinesÂ
Communicate daily with Production and Shipping Managers Â
Support & comply with safety & environmental guidelines Â
Diagnose problems with equipment & repair/replace defective partsÂ
 Communicate daily with the Plant Manager and Warehouse Manager to develop a daily list of priorities for the maintenance team Â
Drive 5S workplace organization in the maintenance area and support the initiative throughout the manufacturing and warehousing operations Â
Research and purchase parts as needed for machine break downs and/or spare parts replacement Â
Improve machine up time by ensuring all CM’s and PM’s are properly performed and documented in MaintainXÂ

QualificationsÂ
Basic math skillsÂ
Good English language skillsÂ
Welding skillsÂ
Good communication skillsÂ
Ability to troubleshoot & solve problemsÂ
Advanced manufacturing mechanical experienceÂ
Advanced manufacturing controls and wiring experienceÂ
Strong mechanical knowledgeÂ
Strong electrical knowledgeÂ
Basic understanding of motor controls and ability to read wiring diagramsÂ
MS Office literateÂ
No fear of heightsÂ
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environmentÂ
Prior process machinery trouble shootingÂ
Education        High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
Physical DemandsÂ
Regularly required to stand, walk, communicate, see and hearÂ
Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs.Â
Frequently climb towers up to 35 feet highÂ
Regularly required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stretch or bendÂ
Strong motor skillsÂ
