As a Services Customer Success Manager at Recorded Future, you will join a fast-paced, high-growth team delivering innovative security solutions that protect clients. You will manage a portfolio of cross-industry corporate, commercial, and enterprise clients, executing customer success strategies to deliver positive outcomes, power account renewals, and upsell. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing risk factors to accounts and orchestrating interventions, working closely with Intelligence Services and adjacent teams (Onboarding, Training, Support, Operations) to scale solutions that nurture customer relationships, learning services and cybersecurity topics, managing the customer journey to maximize value, capturing and sharing the voice of the customer, and communicating with the triage analyst team to meet customer intelligence requirements. Requirements include experience designing and executing communications and/or customer success programs, delivering customer-focused outcomes, strong presentation and facilitation skills, program management abilities, ability to gather and understand customer needs, a positive and collaborative style, 3 years of SaaS experience with subject matter expertise in commercial/enterprise customer communications, and experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Notion, and Zendesk is a plus.
