Responsibilities:
Verify and document incoming materials at the dock, including shipment condition, paperwork, exceptions, COA checks, visual/physical measurements, and accurate ERP goods‑receipt transactions.
Support the review and disposition of non‑compliant raw materials to ensure proper handling and documentation.
Coordinate shipping activities by providing order information, preparing accurate shipping documents, obtaining domestic and international freight quotes, scheduling trucking, and tracing shipments.
Generate required daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including OTIF and other assigned metrics.
Perform additional duties as needed to support receiving, shipping, and logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Associates degree in related field preferred.
Warehouse or Logistics experience required.
Prior experience in an administrative role within a shipping/receiving/logistics department is strongly preferred.
