FP&A Analyst
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping Landmark's financial strategy and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the FP&A Analyst’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, expenses, and profit margins. Monitor KPI trends and identify any unexpected variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve budgeting processes. Create financial projections and operating forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Provide insights on financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Prepare NAV, equity roll forwards, and debt compliance schedules and reports.
- Update weekly cash flow forecast and reporting.
- Conduct ad-hoc business performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist with ERP system management and financial process improvement.
- Assist in building financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the CFO, VP of Accounting, Director of FP&A, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Continually enhance budgeting processes and financial projections.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of corporate finance experience. Â
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within real estate development.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with financial planning tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
