WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to support our clients education programs and annual national conference. This role plays a key behind-the-scenes part in keeping workshops, instructors, and conference logistics running smoothly by communicating with instructors, managing applications, data entry, contracts, and speaker support materials.

The ideal candidate enjoys administrative work, thrives on organization, and is comfortable juggling multiple projects with accuracy and care.

Job Responsibilities:

Program & Workshop Support

  • Assist with organizing and tracking workshop instructor applications
  • Enter and maintain class titles, descriptions, and instructor information in internal systems
  • Maintaining communications with and supporting instructors throughout the workshop process, from applications and marketing all the way through to following up post-workshop.

Conference Speaker & Logistics Support

  • Track speaker contracts, model requests, gear requests, and related documentation

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role
  • Familiarity with SmartSheet and quick to pick up new software
  • Maintain organized records for all speaker needs and deliverables
  • Compile and update gear and prop lists for conference sessions
  • Communicate with and coordinate information between speakers, internal teams, and conference operations

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Onsite Mon - Thurs., Remote on Fridays
  • Location: Atlanta, GA (downtown off Peachtree)
  • Compensation: $50k-$55k annually
