Cosmo Cabinets is located in GA. We are looking for a Field Service Manager to be based in our Atlanta, GA office. We manufacture European-style kitchen cabinets for multi-family, senior, and student housing markets. More information is available at www.cosmocabinets.com

The Field Service Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the supply and installation of Kitchen Cabinets and Countertops for multi-family new-construction projects, typically between 50 and 500 Units. You will be managing over 6-8 cabinet and countertop projects in different stages at a time.

YOU WILL BE AT JOBSITES SO YOU WILL BE WORKING FROM HOME AND COMPE IN TO OFFICE FOR MEETINGS AS NEEDED.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, through installation.
  • Field measure job sites prior to installation.
  • Review and QC all submittal/shop drawings prior to client review.
  • Communicate directly with customers, plant, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage subcontracts for Cabinets and Installation.
  • Formulate RFI's & change orders.
  • Handle and manage onsite coordination with contractors and subs.
  • Attain and check field measurements; coordinate with other trades to ensure a successful installation.
  • Maintain and coordinate material deliveries to ensure project schedules are being met.
  • Accurately process billings to customers and change authorization to subcontractors.

Supervisory Responsibility:

Directing project-related activities of the project team members.

Preferred Education and Skills (in addition to the required):

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • MS Excel skill is an advantage
  • Need to be tech savvy to use online and mobile phone tools

Required Education and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets or a similar industry.
  • Able to read architectural drawings/blueprints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Be a self-starter and have the ability to take initiative
  • Ability to travel extensively in the Southeast US by car
