Job Description:

The Business Development Account ExecutiveĀ is responsible forĀ building upĀ NextMove’sĀ customer base and relationshipsĀ in the fleet and automotive space,Ā with a focus onĀ driving revenue andĀ building a strong pipeline of new business through outboundĀ salesĀ activities.Ā Ā

Duties and ResponsibilitiesĀ 

  • Hunt:Ā AcquireĀ new clients; negotiate and sellĀ NextMoveĀ servicesĀ toĀ fleet operators, automotive ecosystem companies, marketplaces, DMS platforms, and other areas thatĀ could beĀ benefitĀ fromĀ innovative toll services.Ā Ā 

  • Grow:Ā Maximize revenue from existingĀ customersĀ by building strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Ā 

  • Cross-sell and upsellĀ additionalĀ productsĀ and services toĀ customers, when applicable.Ā 

  • Deliver results:Ā Meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and goals on a consistent basis.Ā 

  • PersuasiveĀ Advisor:Ā Strategically andĀ proactivelyĀ workĀ opportunitiesĀ to help them understand which options or solutionsĀ are applicableĀ to their situation,Ā demonstratingĀ a proficiencyĀ inĀ the tolling industry and howĀ our products and servicesĀ addressĀ pain points.Ā Ā 

  • CRM:Ā Consistently documentĀ accountĀ activity in Salesforce.Ā 

  • Develop andĀ maintainĀ strong relationships with all key internalĀ stakeholders.Ā 

  • Transparency: Be proactive in communicating opportunities andĀ set expectationsĀ withĀ internalĀ team.Ā Ā

What will it take to succeedĀ atĀ this role?Ā 

  • 5+ yearsĀ demonstratedĀ successĀ ofĀ selling products or services toĀ fleetsĀ of more than 200 vehicles. Deep knowledge of fleetĀ industry trends andĀ pain points.Ā Ā 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-levelĀ executives.Ā 

  • Strong workĀ ethicĀ and greatĀ attitudeĀ withĀ high levelsĀ of energy, proactivity, professionalism,Ā andĀ healthyĀ competitiveness, with a team-oriented approach to winning.Ā Ā 

  • Technical acumen: Comfort in understandingĀ the technical limitationsĀ of, and ability to sell past,Ā the toll industry, products, competitors, andĀ alternatives.Ā 

  • Strong listening skills, speaking directly to customer pains and objections.Ā 

  • Experience withĀ SalesforceĀ CRM, includingĀ maintainingĀ diligent account/opportunity/lead updates, notes, and next steps.Ā Ā 

  • Comfort delivering product demosĀ in person and via videoconferencing,Ā andĀ Ā ā€œknowing what youĀ don’tĀ know.ā€Ā Ā 

  • Customer-centric viewĀ when working withĀ internalĀ team,Ā identifyingĀ specific pain points and desired outcomes.Ā 

  • Professional writing and communication skillsĀ toĀ internal and external customers.Ā 

  • Ability to understand, differentiate, and articulate what makes our solutionsĀ unique vs.Ā others in the industry.Ā 

  • Ability to adaptĀ inĀ sometimes ambiguous andĀ changing business needs while being able to work independentlyĀ to achieve results.Ā Ā Ā 

  • Bachelor's degree.Ā

NextMoveĀ by Cintra offers a 1 day per week work from homeĀ option.Ā This jobĀ operatesĀ in a professional office environmentĀ in Austin, Texas.Ā 

Ā 

Some flexibility in hours isĀ allowed,Ā however the employee must be available for a minimum of eight hours during ā€œcoreā€ business hours betweenĀ 9:00 amĀ -Ā 5:00 pm Monday – Friday asĀ determinedĀ by the position and discretion of theĀ manager.Ā

TravelĀ 

Starting atĀ 30% travelĀ per month, toĀ domesticĀ client locations and key industry events.Ā
