A generous paid time off policy that starts the month you come onboard.   As a member of the Balise team, here is what we expect from you: Performs automotive body and related repairs Removes, installs, adjusts, and aligns body components Perform different types of sheet metal welding and metal finishing Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders   Environmental & Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
