Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled, compassionate therapy for children from birth to 21 with speech, language, feeding, and swallowing challenges.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Support and educate families to carry therapy techniques into daily routines.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure high-quality care.

• Collaborate with a caring multidisciplinary team to promote each child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. * CFYs welcome to apply!
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License.
• New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training available!
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to travel within Bastrop, Smithville and/or Cedar Creek.
