Job Description:

 This role commands a deep and wide knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain, especially within the technical systems environments and their interactions with other business functions such as finance, order processes, and engineering. This role works with senior leaders to determine initiative priority, scope and sequencing to develop and maintain a capability roadmap. Responsible for leading the effort to understand the corporate strategy and translate it into divisional strategies.

Position Responsibilities:
Works with senior business and technology leaders to understand and interpret strategic needs. Develops cross-business solutions and capabilities
Drives the creation of cross functional strategic capability assessments and roadmaps to achieve long range goals.
Develops and advises leadership on recommended supply chain disciplines, best practices and guidelines for the enterprise
Drives value to the entire supply chain, going beyond the four walls to engage with suppliers, customers, and other cross-functional partners.
Coaches and mentors supply chain analysts and architects to share and utilize best practices across the enterprise
Develops and drives the use of common tools and process consistent with future needs of the enterprise
Benchmarks internal and external best practices and industry trends to drive solutions and capabilities. Actively continues education to stay current on industry and professional trends, capabilities, and technologies.
Participates in strategic planning and blueprinting exercises by providing current state knowledge as well as insights into the future direction.
This role is a leadership position and leads a team of 5-7 Supply Chain Architect professionals, and may lead other leaders.

Minimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience preferred.
Deep and wide functional knowledge, including relevant methodologies (ERP, Lean, business process development, architecture) and interactions with other business functions such as finance, order, sourcing, IT, SC Planning, logistics, manufacturing and engineering.
Capable of setting vision and strategy to support the division
Demonstrated experience utilizing lean tools across an organization such as new product development or product flow from order to delivery.
Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, with ability to articulate concepts clearly at all levels of the organization, while effectively building and maintaining relationships.
Experience with change management strategies and tools, as well as demonstrated adaptability and comfortable managing ambiguity
Applies a variety of coaching techniques to develop an individual’s knowledge and skills.
Applies and coaches others on negotiation and conflict management techniques between two or more parties in a manner that provides a win-win solution for all.
Self-starter and takes initiative to proactively address challenges or actions required for the given circumstances
Ability to strike a balance between practical solutions and alignment with the architectural vision when decision-making

Pay Range:

$108,941.00 - $168,859.00

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
