Job Overview:
The Pipeline Superintendent oversees all aspects of pipeline construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, in accordance with Primoris Services Corporation standards.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Manage and supervise all field construction activities for pipeline projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies on all job sites.
* Direct and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Oversee the quality control of all pipeline construction work, including welding, trenching, pipe laying, and backfilling.
* Approve and track material requisitions, equipment usage, and daily production reports.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding project status.
* Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings.
* Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
* Prepare and submit accurate project reports and documentation.
Job Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in pipeline construction.
* Strong understanding of pipeline construction techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites.
* OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
