About the Role:


Entegris is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to join our administrative team. This role is the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and customers, and is essential to keeping our front office operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. 

The hours for this position is 7 am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Front Desk Support: Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answering incoming calls and transferring to the appropriate employee.  

  • ServiceNow Ticket Management: Create, update, and resolve administrative ServiceNow tickets related to office support. 

  • Seating Assignments: Manage employee seating assignments and coordinate with office services when changes are needed.  

  • Badge & Security Access: Process and manage CCURE badge access requests for employees and visitors. 

  • Office Support: Oversee daily front office tasks including coffee ordering, printer and mail rounds, supplies coordination, and general workspace upkeep. 

  • Coverage at Bedford Location: Provide occasional on-site coverage at our Bedford facility as needed. 

  • Vendor Safety Training: Administer safety training and sign off to contractors. 

  • Visitor Management: Coordinate visitor check-in and ensure compliance with Entegris security procedures. 

  • Preventative Maintenance: Closing out weekly PM’s using SAP 

Qualifications 

  • Prior administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Comfortable using systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or visitor management tools. 

  • Must be able to travel occasionally between Billerica and Bedford locations based on business needs.
