Line Cook

We are looking for an experienced and motivated line cook to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

Line cook position details:

We are hiring a Full Time (37.5 hours/week) line cook. Shifts vary, with closing time between 7:30pm and 8pm each night. 

Please note that this position is eligible for a $2,000 recruitment and retention bonus. 

 Line cook job duties include:

• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
• Prepare and serve alternative menu items as needed.
• Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties, etc.
• Assist in serving meals, as necessary, and on a timely basis.

Qualifications

Line cook qualifications: 

• Must possess a culinary certificate or a degree from an accredited source.
• Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work well with in a team environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
