Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Agent, you will:
Generate new business by identifying prospects, making outreach efforts, and turning leads into policies
Conduct consultations to determine client insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing support and policy reviews
Surpass individual sales targets to help drive agency growth
Stay current on product knowledge and compliance requirements
Use CRM tools to monitor leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
We want proactive, sales-driven professionals with:
At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence with outbound calls and closing deals
A coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities (a plus)
