Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including mail distribution, document preparation, and vendor coordination.
- Comfortable with managing tasks, and supporting office workflows.
- Ensure the front desk and reception area are organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a credit check, given the handling of sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable Microsoft 365 and comfortable with learning other systems as needed
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Shift: Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00 pm (30 minute lunch)
- Starting hourly wage $22.00 hourly plus; competitive health and insurance and benefits.
