Hokanson Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. Â This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:Â
•   Create, modify and manipulate Microsoft Office documents, primarily Word and Excel
•   Manipulate Adobe Acrobat PDFsÂ
•   Assist a collection of property managers and/or executives by establishing proactive partnerships and developing strategies to ensure assignments stay on track and are delivered timelyÂ
•   Answer phones, coordinate meetings & appointments, and manage calendarsÂ
•   Assist with office inventory and vendor managementÂ
•   Maintain organized digital filing system using Microsoft SharePointÂ

Qualifications:Â
•   High school diploma requiredÂ
•   3+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferredÂ
•   Superior organizational, time management, and data accuracy skillsÂ
•   Excellent written and verbal communication
•   Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines Â
•   Positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetÂ
•   Yardi experience is a plus
