Role and Responsibilities

Hosts are primarily responsible for ensuring our guests are greeted and have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door. Examples of hosts responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers as soon as they walk in the door.
• Guiding guests to their tables.
• Taking reservations and answering the phone.
• Quoting proper wait times.
• Ensuring guests are seated in a manner that allows servers to properly take care of the guests needs.
• Making sure the lobby stays clean and presentable.
• Complete any side works prior to the end of your shift.
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by your manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a team player and work well with management and servers.

Preferred Skills

• Prior customer service experience
• Highschool Diploma or GED
