Maintenance Supervisor - Carmel City Center Residences

We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at our community in Carmel. We are seeking a customer service-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our residents every day.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations
• Lead and support the maintenance team
• Complete and prioritize service requests
• Manage apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Maintain community grounds and common areas
• Perform general plumbing, electrical, and repair work
• Maintain organization and inventory within the maintenance shop
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC Certification required
• CPO Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain professional under pressure
• Weekend and on-call availability required
