No experience required. We provide all training, equipment, and supplies. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do
•        Operate commercial pressure washing and soft washing equipment
•        Clean driveways, patios, decks, siding, roofs, gutters, and commercial properties
•        Follow job checklists to deliver consistent, high-quality results
•        Interact professionally with customers on-site
•        Load, transport, and maintain equipment and vehicles
•        Represent the Shine brand with a positive attitude and clean appearance

What We’re Looking For
•        Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
•        Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
•        Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and working on ladders
•        Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic
•        Team player who takes pride in their work
•        Previous landscaping, construction, or cleaning experience is a plus — but not required

Schedule
•        Monday – Friday (primary), some Saturdays based on demand
