Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or similar field of studyÂ
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scaleÂ
Advanced Microsoft Office skillsÂ
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business groupÂ
Strong analytical skillÂ

OTHER QUALIFICATIONSÂ
Ability to work onsite at our Carmel Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager Â
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns Â
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship  Â

LANGUAGE SKILLSÂ
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.Â

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
