About The Position
Opportunity Details
Medicus has partnered with an established facility in Chicago, Illinois, that has an opportunity for a Head and Neck Pathologist to provide locum coverage.
Opportunity Overview:
- Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8-hour day shifts, 2 weeks per month
- Call available, but not required
- Setting: Inpatient, full-service lab
- Case Volume: Varies, ~12-25 per day on average
- Cases: Head and neck pathology, frozen sections, tumor boards; no grossing
- Team: 50+ pathologists on staff, 2-3 pathologists per subspecialty
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
