Supporting teams such as:

Community Support, Psychiatry, ACT, ACT-TAY, IMPART, Substance Use Disorder Recovery, Residential.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll have the chance to work with individuals who are struggling with persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders, providing them with the care and support they need to recover and thrive.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Burrell, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing direct nursing care to clients in accordance with physicians' orders and established policies and procedures
  • Assessing clients' physical and emotional needs and developing individualized plans of care to meet those needs
  • Administering medications and monitoring clients' progress and response to treatment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client care and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Educating clients and their loved ones about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
  • Promoting a safe and supportive environment that fosters growth, dignity, and well-being for all clients

Qualifications:

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Missouri

Where you’ll be working:

You’ll be working in a Burrell clinic or residential facility assisting those who are struggling with persistent mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders on a Central Missouri Burrell campus.
