Essential Functions:
  • Designs and develops software applications to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Tests and debugs software applications to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Maintains and updates existing software applications to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Collaborates with other IT professionals to integrate software applications with existing systems.
  • Provides technical support to end-users to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
  • Keeps up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer information science, management, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, required.

Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, customer service, and communication skills required to interact effectively with all hospital staff, medical staff, and external contacts.
  • Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
  • Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision and identify, collect, and analyze data.
  • Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics, with the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.

Experience:
  • Two years of experience in system or application programming, required.
