Support Services Automation Manager

As Manager for Support Automation tools, we’re looking for a technical, process‑driven Manager to lead automation across Identity Governance (Saviynt) and IT Service Management (BMC Helix/Remedy). You will own the design, development, and governance of automated workflows spanning and request fulfillment.—integrating Saviynt, BMC Helix/Remedy, BMC Discovery and more. 

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll build and own the automation roadmap for Saviynt IGA and BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM.
  • You’ll partner with HR, InfoSec, Audit, Engineering, Service Desk, and App Owners to align processes and controls.
  • You’ll lead JML/JML+ lifecycle automation using Saviynt workflows, rules, and triggers.
  • You’ll automate service workflows using Digital Workplace (DWP). 
  • You’ll collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to onboard new systems.
  • You’ll build and maintain dashboards; steward BMC Atrium CMDB data models; drive RCA and permanent fixes for automation failures.
  • Lead a team of automation engineers/analysts for Saviynt and BMC; coach, prioritize, cross‑train, and co‑manage vendor relationships (Saviynt, BMC, integrators) with Product Owners.

What You’ll Bring

  • To thrive in this role, you have 5 years or more across ITSM, IAM/IGA, or IT Operations.  Experience with Saviynt or equivalent IGA tools and BMC Helix or equivalent
  • Your experience in systems/process thinking across identity + service workflows; strong written/spoken communication and leadership; stakeholder management.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$145,900.00 - $194,600.00

Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
