Job Description

As a BCBA at PSBG, you will:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments

  • Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs

  • Provide parent training that empowers families

  • Collaborate with schools and multidisciplinary professionals

 

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards

  • Passion for client progress and team collaboration

  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset
