As a Reliability Engineer at Ford Motor Company, you will play a key role in developing quality, reliable, and durable vehicles for customers around the globe. Successful applicants must possess a strong interest in reliability, product testing, and customer support. Workload will consist of supporting cross functional groups to identify reliability challenges, drive to robust reliability solutions early in the development, and track reliability through product launch. Projects will be targeted to high profile new products, technology, and launches. The position requires presentation of status and findings allowing diverse management exposure.Â
- Develop methodology to set Reliability goals.Â
- Create frameworks and methods used to develop Reliability test plans.
- Work to integrate Reliability into all phases of vehicle and component development.
