Job Description

Domino's Pizza in Decatur, United States is seeking an energetic and dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at our 1948 E. Eldorado St. location. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

  • Oversee and manage daily shift operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Handle customer interactions professionally, resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in hands-on tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to achieving store performance goals and targets

Qualifications

  • Strong money management and basic math skills
  • Proficiency in store operations and point-of-sale systems
