Logistics Coordinator

- Prepare accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and other required paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate and schedule truck pick-ups with carriers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Track shipments, update records, and manage documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate records.
- Address and resolve any shipping discrepancies, delays, or damages in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Support various other duties as assigned by management, which may include data entry, reporting, filing, or assisting with special projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics management software is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
