About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in the GOVCON industry. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing financial advice to management. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of experience in accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Deltek/CostPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA certification
Experience with GovCon
Experience with financial analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
