Job DetailsJob Location: El Paso, TX 79906Position Type: Full TimePosition Title: Site Operations Manager Location: Fort Bliss, Texas Clearance required: SECRET - Tier 3 Investigation Scope: On-site leadership of all physical warehouse and distribution operations at Fort Bliss, and the site's primary hand receipt holder for Government property. Manages receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations at Fort Bliss and executes the full property control mission.     Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Direct oversight of all warehouse operations (receiving, MRO, inventory, distribution). Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Maintain a property control system IAW FAR and DFARS, serve as primary hand receipt holder, and assist with GFP inventories and audits. Prepare and maintain a complete property control system IAW FAR 45.1 and DFARS 245.1; report all losses via the loss tool in the GFP Module in PIEE (per 252.245-7002); disposition off-station assets IAW DFARS 252.245-7004; use AR 725-50 and AR 735-5 as guides. Establish and maintain a stock control and stock locator system on all Government property in possession; title/ownership remains with the Government. Assist with annual GFP/GFM inventories and audits; prepare and deliver property reports IAW CDRL A013, A014, and A015. Manage Government-provided incidental property (office space, desks, chairs, telephones, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines) that remains accountable to the Government while being used on-site. Qualifications Bachelors in a relevant field. 7+ years of experience leading analytical teams. 3+ years in DoD leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
